Para Technicians are full time employees of Para Home Services. We are licensed, bonded, and insured to ensure the highest level of service and reliability.

Am I supposed to tip my technicians?

Our technicians are our employees and receive competitive compensation and benefits. Tipping is not necessary.

Do I have to be home?

You do not need to be home; however, we will need access to the inside of your home for a portion of our visit.

What is included in the regularly scheduled Core Visits?

Our regular Core Services have a team of technicians at your home for 3-4 hours. These visits include a variety of annual and seasonal tasks to keep your home safe and running smoothly. Each visit also includes time to address the things you need done: Our experienced technicians can repair everything from plumbing and electrical issues to cabinets and doors. We can install new appliances or light fixtures, build furniture, or do wall hangings. It's all included as part of your membership. If we do need materials, we'll bill at cost.
